Alexander Petersen Dunn

Graduated from BYU in Psychology

Second home in Salt Lake City. Alec served as Young Men's President, Dixie served in Primary Presidency. They added another dog.
Alec worked at the Waterford Institute as the head of Research.
Dixie graduated from the Utah College of Message Therapy.
Alec graduated from BYU Law School April 22, 2005.


William McCrea

Went to Balston before his father's death and settled on a farm.

He served in the American Army in the Revolution as a Lieutenant.


Sarah Gordon

She was daughter of Alexander Gordon and sister of General James Gordon of Ballston Spa, N.Y.

In later life lived with her half-brother-in-law, Creighton.


Robert McCREA

Died young.


Samuel McCrea

He served as a private in the 12th Regt., Albany County Militia in the Revolution under Col. van Schoonoven.

In the 1790 N.Y. Census was living at Balston with 9 members of his family.

With his brothers William and James was amongst the largest taxpayers in Balston.

In 1805-8 was a supervisor of the town of Balston.


Margaret Sloan

Daughter of William Sloan and Mary Shields of Lamington.


Dr. Stephen McCrea

Moved to N.Y. State and entered the Revolutionary service as a surgeon, serving from June 1775 to Oct 1781. He was Surgeon General of the Flying Hospital in the Continental Army.

He had two children, one of whom died young. The other, a daughter, married and appears to have had issue.

He lived at Stillwater, Saratoga co., New York and apparently "adopted" his niece Sarah Hanna.

He moved to N.Y.C. and in the 1790 N.Y. Census was living there with wife and 5 daughters, all of whom were under 21 in 1788.

His will of Sept 1788 was probated Dec 1795. He was reputedly "immensely rich."


Mary Rutgers

She was sister of Col. Henry Rutgers.
